Like many of our musicians who emigrated to the USA through necessity, Paddy Killoran was one of the greats. He recorded Ah Surely in the early 1930s. This reel is also known as Kilabeg House, which is the residence of one of Ireland’s finest fiddlers and composers, Paddy Fahy.

The Bag of Spuds (potato). This very fine reel has been recorded by many a musician and why shouldn’t it. It’s a great reel that has been with us a long time. It’s known in some areas as The Little Bag of Praties.
